Stuart Clarke & Andy Ballantyne are looking forward to the 2010 Roger Albert Clarke Rally in their Escort RS2000.

A RAC virgin after spectating on last year’s event, Stuart decided to have a quiet season (only 3 rallies) to spend his budget competing on this year’s rally. Stuart will team up with Andy, who has competed on this event twice before.

The Class D3 RS2000 was last entered on the original RAC 32 years ago (as new!).

Stuart is looking forward to all the new stages to him and having to save the car for the 4 day endurance, whilst being as competitive as possible.

The car will be looked after by a team of 14 volunteers who are just as excited about being a part of this stunning rally as the crew are.

Rallies being held at Caerwent in 2010 on the Defence Training establishment are run Jointly by Forresters Car Club and South Wales Auto Club. The dates are :-

Tour of Caerwent (run under Forresters CC’s name) – Sun 28 March
Midsummer Caerwent (run under SWAC’s name) – Sun 20 June
Patriot Stages (copromoted by SWAC and Forresters) – Sun 26 September
